§ 04 — Article IV

Origin

Qalve was built the way its clients build anything that has to hold — deliberately, and by people who'd already done the work elsewhere. Before there was a firm, there were four practitioners who kept ending up on the same side of a problem: a courtroom advocate, an apex-court litigator with boardroom experience, a compliance specialist who'd sat inside multinationals, and an investor who'd spent his career moving capital and people across borders. Qalve is what happens when that combination stops being a coincidence and starts being a firm.

  1. 01

    Sheikh Mohiuddin

Legal Counsel — Calcutta High Court

An active practicing advocate at the Calcutta High Court, appearing in civil, criminal, and commercial matters before West Bengal's apex court. It's that courtroom record — not just a law degree — that Qalve's advisory and documentation work is built on: contracts and filings written the way they'd need to survive being read out in front of a judge.

  2. 02

    Adityendra Singh Yadav

    Advocate, Supreme Court of India

An advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India — the country's apex constitutional court — who also sits as a corporate director across multiple private enterprises registered in India. That combination is rare: apex-court litigation experience paired with a director's-eye view of how a board actually functions, which is exactly the vantage point Qalve's corporate and constitutional matters are argued from.

  3. 03

    Shahbaz Mullick

    Financial & Compliance Expert

Years spent inside the finance and compliance functions of multinational corporations, working for a genuinely global clientele — not advising businesses on regulation from the outside, but having sat where the compliance calendar actually lands. That's the standard Qalve's taxation and regulatory practice is held to.
